It can sometimes be difficult for our clients to obtain finance from traditional commercial lenders. This is often due to the borrower not having collateral to offer as security as well as their limited business experience. ADBT want to ensure people in the Gulf don’t miss out on opportunities to get into business because of their lack of experience. We believe people will get the experience and build their skills by actually participating and not watching everyone else.

Business Support

People still must have a viable business opportunity. ADBT does not want to set people up to fail just to get them into business. To assist these people ADBT have a business support program, where experienced consultants will help people to understand their business viability and operations and allow them to make an informed decision about whether to get into business.

To also assist clients, ADBT may provide finance of up to $250,000 (on average, a loan does NOT exceed $100,000) at a subsidised interest rate. This is in recognition that the cost to get into business in remote regions is substantially higher and more difficult if interest rates are high.

As businesses become more successful and need more finance to grow, they will be encouraged to use commercial lenders to ensure they are operating in the normal commercial environment.
